Refunds may be approved for
- Product arrived damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Manufacturing or quality issue
- Package confirmed lost after shipping review
- Order problem reported with photo evidence
Refunds are usually not approved for
- Opened or used hygiene products without defect
- Change of mind after use
- Personal color preference
- Incorrect application or use against instructions
- Delivery delays caused by customs or local postal service
- Incorrect address entered by the customer
Partial Refund Option
If a customer is unhappy but the product is opened or already tested, BROWLUME™ may offer a partial goodwill refund of up to 50%, store credit or replacement, depending on the case.
Full refunds are generally reserved for damaged, incorrect or defective products. This keeps the policy fair for customers without turning the business into a free sample buffet.
Return Conditions
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date.
- Photo evidence may be required.
- Returned items must be approved by support before sending them back.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping or premium priority shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.
