How verification works
- Only completed and non-refunded BrowLume orders count.
- We verify friend names or emails manually in Stripe/order records.
- Duplicate, fake or cancelled orders do not count.
- Gift availability may depend on stock.
- We may contact you if information is missing.
Tip: Ask your friends to use the same email/name they give you. Otherwise verification becomes detective work, and nobody ordered a crime series.
